A Night That Honored a Nation, Its People, and the Art That Binds Us All
Thumbay University Hospital, Ajman
On the evening of November 15th, the atrium of Thumbay University Hospital did not simply host an exhibition — it became the beating heart of a nation’s pride. The 2nd Edition of “My Home, My UAE” rose not as an event, but as a collective declaration of gratitude to the country that has given millions a place to dream, to rise, and to belong.

Curated by Hayat Events & Arts, founders Safa Peshimam and Sarah Peshimam, the exhibition ignited the space with powerful stories, fearless creativity, and a shared love for the UAE. Every stroke, every color, every canvas echoed the emotion of its theme: Home is not a place — it is a nation that welcomes the world.
A Nation Honored, A Spirit Remembered
The evening opened with a resonant message:
The UAE is more than geography. It is unity. It is ambition. It is possibility.
As the UAE National Anthem filled the hall, guests stood together — Emirati and international, young and seasoned, artists and dignitaries — a moment that captured exactly what the exhibition stands for: the UAE as a land where every culture finds a voice and every dream finds its sky.
A Convergence of Visionaries and Cultural Pillars
The exhibition’s power was amplified by the presence of distinguished guests — individuals who have shaped, supported, and strengthened the UAE’s cultural and creative landscape:
• Mr. Moideen Thumbay (in absentia)
• Mr. Ahmed Al Awadhi Rukni
• Mr. Muhammad Yusuf
• Mr. Abdullah Al Jafaly
• Mr. Anjini Prakash Laitu

Where Art and Nationhood Meet
The 2nd Edition of “My Home, My UAE” stood as more than a celebration, it was a pledge.
A pledge to honor the UAE. A pledge to uplift artists. A pledge to keep creativity alive in the heart of the community.
Through Hayat Events & Arts, the platform continues to grow into a cultural force, one that empowers emerging artists, celebrates established talents, and ensures that art remains a bridge between people, cultures, and generations.
As the evening came to a close, one truth resonated through the hall:
The UAE is home — not because we live here, but because it embraces us, inspires us, and unites us.
Their attendance wasn’t a formality — it was a symbol of alignment. A reminder that the UAE’s artistic movement rises when leaders, creators, and communities stand in the same room with the same purpose: to elevate art and honor the nation.
