Mirage has been appointed project management consultant for the Janu Hotel & Branded Residences on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, a significant appointment that consolidates the firm’s presence within one of the UAE’s most dynamically expanding emirates. This project also marks the Aman Group’s second Janu property in the UAE, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to the region’s luxury hospitality and residential sector.
Strategically located on Island 3, within a pristine archipelago extending into the Arabian Gulf, the development is conceived as a multi-faceted destination. It will comprise three distinct branded components: an upscale 132-key hotel, five premium standalone villas, and a collection of 73 residential units. The architectural profile of the project is defined by two soaring structures. A 17-level Janu Hotel will house the brand’s signature Janu House alongside a comprehensive suite of high-end amenities.
