Abudhabi witnessed a dazzling night, the first ever Pageant show presented by Lipika Fashions and organized by ThreeNine Branding and Aloha events.
A night of glamour, glory, and extravaganza came to a successful conclusion on 28th January 2024 of the much awaited Season 1 of Mr and Mrs Middle East 2024 , the first ever Pageant
Contest.
The show was a blend of cultural performance, fashion show and business awards. The event was presented by Lipika Fashions, led by Lipika Bhatturu a style Icon herself, Model and entrepreneur, Winner of International Fashion Idol 2023. The event was hosted and organised by Aloha Events led by Chithra Mohanan the managing director of Aloha, supporting the event with AV and photography, and by ThreeNine Branding led by Fizza Fatema CEO and Founder of the company supporting the event with content creation, writing and management for social media, news articles and branding. With a powerful trio coming together the night had witnessed an endless success, and a beginning to a new fashion world in Abu Dhabi.
The Show was directed by the duo Ajay Ashok and Susan Stanley who have done more than 100 fashion shows successfully. Special mention to Prashant Krishnan , lipka’s husband who was also a financial supporter, coordinater and playing the assurance manager role making sure all is criteria’s are met to make the show a grand success, Karan Kumar, Fizza’s husband, who supported the show being a groomer, dance choreographer and jury and last but not the least Arun Prabaliyan , Chithra’s husband who supported with Audio/Visuals and photography. Ahmad Al Hosani, the UAE’s first emariti classical singer, also the founding member of the Emarati Musician Association did the inauguration and ribbon cutting ceremony official announcing the event open. He dedicated his welcome speech to none other than the Father of the Nation H.H Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.
The Quran recital was done by a young student Huda Nishana of Sunrise English Private school, which came as a blessing energy to start this glamourous night. The function started with a cultural welcome performance depicting the relationship between UAE and India ,giving a message of gratitude and working towards prosperity, sustainability and happiness. The Dance sequence was choreographed by one of the Dance Groomers Karan Kumar Verma and performed by his students from World of Music and Dance Institute (Rahul, Rohit, Parineetha, Mishika, Savio and Evan).
The event had also seen the French pop classical singer Elinor Morel, tuning in to her favourite number with Ahmed Al Hosani , their duet had mesmerized the entire audience watching them sing along. We didn’t even start talking about the fashion show. What a brilliant performance displayed in most perfect manner by all the contestants was a treat to the eyes. From the designer ethnic wears to the western attires,. To the entire change of style draped in Arabic collection. Not leaving the kids behind, they dazzled and looked like little stars on the stage.
The designer collection on board namely Old Story Trading’, Diyanka Fashions , SB Fashion, D Daniela and Nado collections showcased their best of best collections which was adorned by the models.How can we forget our jewellery collection, the premium jewellery partner Biyani Jewels , led by Piyush Biyani , who was also in the Jury Panel. Since we are already talking about our Jury Panel, it must go without a say , the most important and difficult task of the evening was for the Jury Panel. The contestants put all the Jury members on their toes and left them in a state of astonishment with their performances. The Juries were taken a back and thoroughly enjoyed each and every performance. In the Jury Panel, there was Imran Khan a well-known fitness groomer from Dubai, Prahin Prathapan, style and fitness groomer from Abu Dhabi, Sonakshi Goyal from SB fashion, Shilpa Hingorani from Old Story Trading, Piyush Biyani from Biyani Jewels, Simra Abdia from Epricx Events, Aiswarya Jayachandran Mrs India 2022, and last but not the least one of the most important Jury members Sandeep Dharma , a style icon , a fashion influencer , show director and ramp choreographer came in all the way from Pune India to make the event look more grand with his presence.
Talking about the beautiful look that was given to the models, this called for an appreciation, our make up artist did extremely well , giving all the models a blossom and beautiful look. Sneha Lata Arora and her team of experienced Make up artist the team behind beautifying our models and enhancing their natural looks. We also had Samia Jamil an individual make up artist who supported with make up for fashion walk models and kids . Sailoons, we have not forgotten you. The much recently launched app , not only provided make up artists to help but also grand prizes for the winners.
Did we hear winners??? Yes we did …! Finally, we are down to this. The night brought in a lot of memories and moments for everyone. Our contestants were all having butterflies in their stomachs, but a view worth watching, and the sportsmanship we had seen amongst the contestants was incredible.The winning celebration became more joyous as we congratulated Prashant Krishnan on his birthday 29th January. The crowd sang the birthday song on this occasion welcoming the announcement of the winners. Among all the contestants Bhumika Pancholi was crowned the Winner of Mrs Middle East 2024 in Royal Category. Phalguni Kumar , 1st Runner up and Jyotirmoi Raj 2nd runner up also under Royal Category. Whereas, from the classic category we had Shwetha Bantia Winner of Mrs Middle East 2024 , Sonali Jain 1st Runner up and Sanskriti Verma 2nd Runner up. In the Male category, Winner Mr MiddleEast 2024 was Prince John , Nitin Lalchandani 1st runner up and Dev Sushil Sharma 2nd Runner up. In kids category under 10 , Winner Ambriana Jaysinge, 1st Runner up Mridula Ullas Raj’ and 2nd Runner up Kumar Rudra. In kids category above 10, Winner Rafa Sheikh, Asira Tandon 1st Runner up and Chirasmita Dash 2nd Runner up.

The brand ambassadors were announced for the event Anuprita Pagariya , Sonali Pawar , Karan Kumar Verma, Tamanna Mishra , Lishant Acharya, Shiona Singh, all whom we are looking to carry forward the brand for season 2 Mr and Mrs Middle East 2025 all set to take place on 26th January 2025 , registrations are open.
